  • How can your services help me with the immigration process?

  • How do I apply through Plus Migration?

    Please visit our website and click on the How to Apply tab. You will be required to complete a form with your personal particulars. This information will allow us to provide you with a free immigration assessment. If you are happy to proceed with the visas and options presented, we will send you our Client Service Agreement, detailed instructions and next steps in the process.

  • What are the fees?

  • How do I know if my payment has been received?

    As soon as your payment is received, a confirmation email will be sent to you along with a receipt of payment.

  • How long does the visa application process take?

    The period of time in which the visa application is in process depends on the complexity of the application. Additionally, the Department of Immigration and Border Protection (DIBP) timelines are subject to processing service standard times which differ from one visa to another.

    For an approximate timeline please see the following:

    • Skills Assessment (if applicable) – 6-10 weeks
    • EOI (if applicable) – 2-4 weeks
    • Preparation and lodgement of EOI (if applicable) – 2-4 weeks
    • Preparation and lodgement of visa application – 3 weeks
    • Visa processing times – 3-8 months


  • Can I bring my Family?

    Yes, but it will depend on your personal circumstances and the type of visa you apply under.

  • Can you assist with Health examinations and Character Clearances?

    Yes, we will provide you with all the instructions and steps to complete these two steps.

  • How do I know which Visa Category is suitable for me?

    Most visa categories are directly related to your personal circumstances:

    • If you have a skill/qualifications and/or have acquired work experience and you would also like to live and work permanently in Australia, the most appropriate visa may be a skilled visa. Please refer to our Skilled visa page for more information.
    • If you have qualifications and work experience, the most appropriate visa may be the work visa. Please refer to our Work visa page for more information.

  • Can I change the Visa Category I am assessed under?

    We will provide you with the most appropriate visa options in your assessment. You can then choose the visa category best suited to your needs and budget. Please note, there may be additional fees if you want to change from one visa category to another once we have commenced work.

  • What happens if I do not pass the Visa Assessment?

    We will provide you with options and avenues to consider if you are not successful in your initial assessment.

  • Can you guarantee I will receive a visa?

    No, we cannot guarantee this for you as the final decision is made by DIAC. However, during our assessment process we provide you with all your options so you can make the best decision for your immigration future. We also present your application in the best possible way to maximise your chances of success.

  • How do I know my privacy will be protected?

    Australia has many climates depending on location. Australia's summers begin in December and winters begin in June. From Sydney up towards the north the temperature rises (mid 20-30 degrees Celsius), south of Sydney it decreases (10-30 degrees Celsius).

    Australia is a multicultural society with an array of foods available (Thai food, Chinese food, Persian food, Indonesian food, Vietnamese food, Mexican food, Himalayan/Nepalese food and much more). Australia also had very fresh fruit and vegetables available and a big meat/chicken/seafood industry. There are a lot of take away food outlets and supermarkets. There are also many cafes, restaurants, farmers markets, and food vans available. You will be able to find most foods in the world in Australia.
